Our Brief:
The event was held in the summer at the client’s house in their garden. They required a marquee with a 1960s theme, dance floor and staging and as they were having a live band needed to have a proper power supply as an extension cable run from the house would burn out!
They had also organised a caterer to provide a buffet but were running their own bar so needed several glasses and crockery, as the theme was 1960s they specifically asked for ‘Babysham’ champagne glasses.
What We Provided:
o 3 Marquees linked together to give a large seated area with dance floor, a bar and an entrance.
o 30kva generator and cabling along with lighting both in the marquee and in their garden and driveway
o Crockery and glassware, including the champagne saucers for 150.
o Patio tables and chairs to seat 30
o Round tables and banquet chairs to seat 80
o Up Lighters with coloured gels
o Festoon Lights
o Bar
o Black and White Dance Floor
o Staging for the entertainment
