Case Study 3 : Rugby Club Summer Ball
Our Brief:
We were asked by local club, Wharfedale, to provide the additional glassware for this large event and the generator for the entertainment. We have been regular suppliers to this event and always work with the organisers to make sure the power requirement is correct.
This year we were also able to supply glassware as it was a new addition to our hire range.
What We Provided:
o 800 Wine and Champagne Glasses
o 1600 tumblers
o 1000 pint glasses
o 40kva Generator
o Cabling and distribution boards
o Cooling Fans (in 2008 it was marquee heaters!!)
